Summary
We respect the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and this policy explains how we collect and treat any information you give us. You won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. We’ve no desire to trick you into agreeing to something you might later regret.
We are a polish IT company called WEBSENSA. This document describes our approach to privacy and data security. It applies to data collected by us when our clients use websites, do business, or use an application created by us.

We value your privacy as much as our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We ask only for the bare minimum from our customers. We will never use your personal information for any reason other than what you gave us permission for, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law.

How we collect information
We ask for contact information, including your name and email address, on our website so that we can reply to your inquiry.
Our website uses cookies to serve better. It also uses standard analytics software that lets us know who visits our website.
We collect your email address when you sign up for one of our newsletters. We ask for your account and contact information when you want to use the software that we have built.
Occasionally, we might receive your contact information from one of our partners. If we do, we protect it exatly as if you give it to us directly.
Our application uses the publicly open accessibility API to obtain information.

Log Data may include information such as your computer’s IP address, browser version, our pages that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We are using it just for statistics – this data is anonymized.

Where we store your information
When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your information in our database. The same happens when we collect the email address from you for the newsletter. When you buy something, your information is stored on our eCommerce platform, and if we do business, we store your information on our accounts software. We chose these systems partly for their commitment to security.

We occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our products and services. When we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications, and we won’t send them to you again. We use the information that you have entered into our system to process it and present it to you. We use depersonalized data to train models of our neural networks. We might also email or phone you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t get in touch again. We will use your information to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.
Our software uses stored information to generate a report of your work. The data is analyzed and grouped into individual projects in which you work. It is up to you what you do with your data. You may or may not transfer it to third parties.

In case of information stored on your computer, that is obtained and stored by our software, only users of your computer has access to it.
When you provided us with some information that is stored on our server, only the people who need it have access. Our management team has access to everything you have provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.
